Rates and Policies

My hourly rate is $100 with a minimum of one hour per appointment, 15 min increments thereafter. Payment is due at time of service by Check, Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash.app.

I prefer to see clients in my Bristol office. I have plenty of comfortable space and 500 Mbps Fiber Internet speeds. Scheduling is by appointment only, please be on time, and give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling only if you absolutely must.

Remote Support is available for current clients starting with a One Hour minimum, 15 min increments thereafter. This includes direct connection, phone or email support. Payment due at conclusion of service session.

For long term clients who cannot move equipment, travel time is a minimum of $50 and a two hour session.
